Hi, I’m Courtney!
I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, where I still call home today. Life here has shaped me in so many ways-endless outdoor adventures, a love for movement, and a deep appreciation for community. I’m also a proud wife and mom to three energetic boys (plus one happy dog), which means life is never dull!
Growing up, I always had a passion for being active. That passion led me to UCLA, where I earned my degree in Communication Studies with a specialization in Business and Administration. College wasn’t just about academics—I was also part of the UCLA Dance Team, where I discovered the power of movement, discipline, and teamwork.
After college, fitness became more than just a passion—it became my lifestyle. I pushed myself in new ways, completing five full Ironman triathlons, each one teaching me more about endurance, resilience, and mental strength. Running has been another love of mine, and in 2025, I’ll be tackling the Boston Marathon—something I’ve dreamed of for years.
But fitness isn’t just about my own journey. I’ve dedicated my career to helping others move, sweat, and feel their best. Through my YouTube channel, I create workouts for people all over the world, offering HIIT, kickboxing, weights, Tabata, and no-equipment routines. Locally, I train and coach at the YMCA, leading HIIT classes, a run club, and kids’ agility training—because fitness should start young!
When I’m not training, coaching, or creating content, you’ll find me soaking up time with my family, running on the trails, hiking, watching movies, or indulging in my favorite treat—brownies.
