I’m a mom of three boys, a fitness instructor, and have lived an active lifestyle since I was born. From my early years of ballet and swimming, to my adult years of many Ironman races, marathons, and ultra-marathons, I’ve learned what it takes to be healthy, and most importantly — HAPPY! I’d love to continue my journey with YOU!

We’re a big football, i.e. soccer, household. All three of my boys play soccer, and watch it daily. I also happen to have the privilege of training the San Fernando Valley FC semi-professional soccer team weekly in strength and conditioning.
